The 2021-2022 edition captures an inspirational year in the life of the College community, on campus and across the world.
The magazine is split into four sections: College Life, The Fellowship, Development and Networks, and Members.
In College Life, you’ll read about inspiring student research in several fields: from helping protecting butterfly species in the U.K. to reforming the criminal justice system in the U.S. There's exclusive poetry from former Visiting Fellow and renowned American poet, Geoffrey Brock; updates on how College staff are creating a more sustainable campus and a better environment for our students; highlights of a year in which College arts, music, and sport flourished; as well as features on our how our part-time students are making waves and our exciting Masterplan for the future of the College.
In The Fellowship, you’ll be introduced to the impressive new Fellows who joined us over the last year; highlights of our Fellows' achievements; as well as a feature on how some of our Fellows are responding to the legacies of colonialism with their groundbreaking research.
In Development and Networks, you can enjoy a profile of John Hughes, 'The man who mastered pressure', an alumnus whose engineering invention is still being used in engineering projects across the world fifty years after he developed it at Wolfson; there's a feature on how three inspirational alumnae are protecting democracy and our environment; as well as an insight into how generous donations from members are transforming the lives of students and our College.
In Members, we look back at the inspiring lives of some of the members of our community who passed away in the last year.
