The world will never be the same post-COVID-19 and it is imperative that we prepare ourselves to live in this new normal and find the best way to help firms, institutions, students, employers, employees and governments prepare for a future without COVID-19 or similar threats as well as build capacity to help the world better prepare to deal with situations like this.
