As a lifetime Member of the College, you are able to book guest rooms for yourself and/or your guests at reduced members' rates. You should note however that no invoice will be issued (even on request); charges are simply added to your college account with a statement containing details on how to pay sent separately by the Financial Office. Please take this into consideration if needing to reclaim costs.
The Chancellor's Centre offers double en-suite rooms for £75.48 per night. These rooms form part of our conferencing facility and are more like an hotel than the student residential rooms. Bedding and towels are provided along with complimentary toiletries. There are tea making facilities and mini-fridges in all rooms but the rooms do not contain televisions or hairdryers.
Out of term, it may be possible to book a single student room depending on availability. The current cost of a standard single en-suite is £41.16 per night. Bedding and towels are provided but there are no tea trays in single rooms. Please note that Wolfson, as an over 21s college, does not offer accommodation to under 18s in its guest accommodation - this includes babies and young children.
Room charges are for room only including VAT. Meals can be bought from the cafeteria which, although cashless, accepts debit and credit card payments.
Please do not use this form if you are a part-time student booking a residential stay where rooms are provisionally reserved by the course.
