This is a new Meditation and Mindfulness group at Wolfson.

The new Meditation and Mindfulness group starts this year at Wolfson. Mindfulness includes learning a secular kind of meditation, where sit quietly in the group, possibly choosing to close your eyes. There will also be time in each session for dialogue and questions to understand the process (and challenges) of meditation.
