Richard's key responsibility is to manage UIS’s client relationships across the University. He is responsible for defining service levels, and identifying and evaluating IT investment opportunities.

Richard began his career as a School Master, teaching Physics and Computer Science to pupils in the 12-18 age range before moving into IT within the UK HE Sector. Richard was the IT Faculty Support Manager at Imperial College, London before moving to Cambridge in 2010 where he has held a number of senior management roles supporting University IT provision.
