Antonio is a Senior Research Associate at the Department of Engineering and member of the Cambridge Graphene Centre, where he investigates electronic and optoelectronic devices based on graphene, other two-dimensional materials and heterostructures. Antonio is also a teaching fellow of the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Graphene Technology. Since 2014 he is a governing body Fellow of Wolfson College and Directors of Studies for Engineering part II. Antonio holds a Laurea Magistralis (equivalent to BSc & MSc) in Electronic Engineering from Universita’ degli Studi di Palermo (Italy) and a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
