Term Notices

The Term Notices tell you all about the catering facilities at Wolfson - from the Cafeteria opening times to Formal Hall dining and the online booking system. Some of the specific events during the term are highlighted along with information about Congregations, parking your car and registering your bicycle.

Guest Night

Lent Term 2018: Friday 6 July, 19:00 for 19:30
(closing date: 12 noon on Friday 29 June)
Dress code is lounge suit/national dress, with gown for College members. This special four-course dinner is an occasion to which Fellows, Senior Members and Students may invite guests.
Prices 2017-18: Students and their guests £32.20 / Non-students and their guests £42.90 / uniform reduction of £10.20 for ‘No Wine’. Fellows cannot use their allowance against Guest Night. Students cannot use their free credit against Guest Night.

How to book for Guest Night:
Those wishing to dine may invite up to five guests, and should book online using the Formal Hall Booking System.

Please ensure that all guests' names, salutations and interests are noted on the booking system for the needs of the seating plan and place cards.

No wine – members should make a note of this online under ‘dietary requirements’, or email conferences@wolfson.cam.ac.uk directly, prior to dinner, and ensure a 'No Wine' card is collected from the Butler on arrival.

The Bursar reserves the right to levy a cancellation fee in the event of a late cancellation.

If Members would like an official invitation to send to their guests please email conferences@wolfson.cam.ac.uk. Guests should be asked not to reply to the College.
