HR Administrator

This is a new post, which reflects the development of the HR function in the College. The post-holder will be responsible to the HR Manager in assisting to provide a comprehensive and efficient human resources service to the College Officers and all staff. The HR Office seeks to maintain high professional standards and to deliver a friendly, efficient and confidential service.

The successful candidate will need to be a good communicator with excellent administrative and organisation skills. Previous experience of working in HR and in the use of HR database software would be advantageous, however training will be provided.

20 hours per week, to be worked over 4 or 5 days, between Monday and Friday.
Salary £26,908-£28,692 p.a. full-time equivalent (£13,454-£14,346 pro rata at 50%) depending on experience.

PA to the President, Bursar and Domestic Bursar

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to join our team to support the President, Bursar and Domestic Bursar, who deliver key roles at the heart of the College’s administration; and to work with the College Secretary who provides strategic support to the President and the Vice-President and supports the College’s governance and committee structure. The successful candidate will have strong secretarial and administrative skills and be able to work using their own initiative as well as collaboratively.

This position is available for 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) 35 hours per week (7 hours per day) or 30 hours per week (6 hours per day).
Salary £27,621-£29,405 full-time (40 hours) (salary due to increase on 1 July 2018)

Food Services Supervisor

We require a Food Services Supervisor with commitment and experience to work in our food services team, delivering excellent service to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent  organisational skills, be a good team-member with the ability to make decisions, whilst maintaining a very high level of customer care

Salary £21,730 p.a. 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7)
