College Policies

College Policies are intended to ensure that guidelines and rules for behaviour are clearly stated and applied consistently. All Wolfson members are required to comply with these policies.

Raising Concerns

Students who wish to raise concerns about the conduct or welfare of another student are encouraged to contact their Tutor in the first instance, or, if it is an emergency, the Porters.

Students may also raise concerns with any member of College staff with whom they feel comfortable speaking, including the College Nurse, Senior or Deputy Senior Tutor, a WCSA Welfare Rep or any of the Porters.

If the concern could qualify as a disciplinary matter, students are encouraged to read the respective College Policies (above) to familiarise themselves with the College's provision in that area. If a student feels they need independent advice on any matter, policy-related or otherwise, they can consult the University's Student Advice Service.

Comments and Complaints

Wolfson College holds itself accountable to our students and the wider community, and we welcome comments and suggestions from students about any aspect of College provision.

Those wishing to make a suggestion or comment about the College's policies or services, either academic or non-academic, can find information on our comments and complaints webpage.
