
Housekeeping
Housekeeping staff will not be entering or cleaning student bedrooms for the duration of the pandemic. Residents are expected to keep their own rooms clean, using the tools and cleaning products provided.
The College’s Housekeeping Team will provide additional cleaning of all shared areas (kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, stairways).
Maintenance
If something needs fixing in a room, please fill in the maintenance request form. Maintenance staff will not enter rooms in which residents are isolating because of confirmed or possible infection with Covid-19 unless it is an emergency.
Fire Safety and other emergencies
In the event of an unscheduled fire alarm or other emergency that requires staff and/or residents to evacuate, they should attempt to maintain a 2 metre social distance where possible. Anyone in self-isolation must also evacuate, wearing a face covering if circumstances permit.
