Our History

Wolfson's first crew graced the river Cam in 1968, making history as the first "combined" crew to compete in the May bumps with both male and female rowers. The Club rows in blue and yellow, the national colours of Ukranian student Maria Lukianowicz, who was also the first female cox on the Cam.

May bumps 2023

Overall, the club was +6 in the May Bumps. You can read the captain's report for a summary of how all the teams performed, including overall places gain/lost for the campaign for each boat.

Social Rowing

For those who wish to learn or practice with a variable time commitment, the Wolfson College Social Rowing Team offers the opportunity to row on a more casual basis.
