It is our ambition that no scholar capable of benefiting from a Cambridge education is turned away for lack of funding. That is why student support is this year’s top fundraising priority.

Boatclub celebration

"Reflecting on your own time at College, I hope you will recall what a special place Wolfson is, and the exemplary teaching, learning, and research that we provide to our community.

In addition to outstanding academia, we strive to provide all students with the environment they require to excel in their studies. The newly refurbished Club Room has just opened, and we hope to build a new study centre in the next few years, one that will reflect the many ways students study; with wifi, more plug-in points and breakout spaces to accommodate Fellows’ work as well. Updated facilities are crucial to continue attracting the best and brightest minds to Wolfson, but I know that together, we can do even more to support students who choose to study here.

Gifts from alumni and friends like you helped to provide over £800,000 in student support this year, which shows how gifts have a real impact on College life. This figure is an extraordinary success at the heart of which lies our worldwide community. Thank you for being a vital part of the Wolfson family, a family which stretches so far beyond the patch of land off Barton Road (to over 159 countries and territories)."
