Writing is so much more intuitive if you can retrieve what you have learned from lectures and reading as quickly and efficiently as possible. When making notes for a long piece of writing, if you paraphrase and interpret as you go along, then you will produce sections that you can drop straight into your work.
This hands-on workshop will introduce you to different note making techniques, give the opportunity to try them out and decide which one best suits your practices.
WolfWorks Plus is for Wolfson graduate students and advanced undergraduates (2nd, 3rd, and 4th years).
** Please note the later start time of 19:30 to enable students to also attend the Lee Lecture **
