Since the onset of the COVID-19 crisis, researchers at the University's Department of Medicine have kept their research laboratories open and active. They have had to quickly adapt their work to new COVID-related topics in real time and work with the hospital to help shore up some of their diagnostic needs. This has been achieved with a smaller workforce in the laboratory and others working remotely to contribute what they can. Professor Dougan will go through some of the ways he and his team adapted, cover some of the topics they focused on and try to identify where they go next.

This is a virtual event held as a zoom webinar. Please register to attend.

As a webinar attendee, you can view the speakers' and hosts' videos and see their presentations. The Q&A facility allows you to engage with the speakers after the talk. You do not need a camera yourself, as attendee videos are not shown. More information on how to join a webinar is available here.
