The politics of time with Carolyn Smith
President Jane Clarke and Wolfson Fellows invite you to commemorate the 56th annual Foundation Day with her from your home on Wednesday 30 June 2021. To mark the occasion, we would like Wolfson members all over the world to join Jane online and celebrate by creating their own Formal Hall. Take a stab at interpreting and recreating the three course meal as we are serving in College, toast with a delicious Wolfson themed cocktail or create your own feast! We created a cocktail (or mocktail) for Alumni to enjoy and celebrate Foundation Day. This recipe brings together the best of British tradition with Wolfson’s rich connection with pineapples through our long time supporter Dr Lee Seng Tee. Dr Lee Seng Tee partnered with the College in its early years, providing research funding into pineapple diseases. Dr Lee is an Honorary Fellow and remains a stalwart supporter of Wolfson and our students.
