  • It serves as a platform for students with or without big ideas to support each other and build strong entrepreneurial ecosystems.

  • Students without an idea of their own can link up with a new business venture looking for someone to come on board to help develop their business – this could probably be an early career alum as well as current students

Phenotypic plasticity enables animals to flexibly adjust their behaviour to their social environment – sometimes through the expression of adaptive traits that have not been exhibited for several generations. The ability to revive these ‘ghosts of adaptations past’ could prove beneficial for populations living in a changing world.
