Every year in Lent/Easter Term WCSA awards small Sports Bursaries. The bursaries are awarded for outstanding sport achievements during the academic year, based on:
* Their links with Wolfson, ability to promote Wolfson, and motivation to promote Wolfson
* Their sporting success
* Their links with University
* The degree to which a bursary is necessary to the continuation of, betterment of or fulfilment of a candidate's sporting pursuit.
* Their intention to continue the pursuit in the future
Only Wolfson students are eligible. Applications should be made by email to the Sports Officer. They should contain your name, surname, email address, university course, dates and details of your sport achievements (max 500 words).
Apart from self-nomination open to all Wolfson students, members of a successful Wolfson team can also be nominated by their captains (captains themselves are excluded). In addition to the details described above, the application should describe why the nominee has been particularly important for the success of the team.
