The Wolfson Research Day is a chance for you to share your research with other members of College in a fun and informal atmosphere. The day is a fantastic opportunity to exchange ideas, meet new people, enhance your presentation skills and win prizes! Above all, we want you to have fun sharing your research with others and to learn about the research other Wolfson members are completing. The next Research Day is on Thursday 10 May 2012, 12.30 - 7.00pm, in the Lee Hall. It is for all Wolfson Members (Undergraduates, MPhils, PhDs, JRFs, Senior Members, Fellows, Alumni, etc.) - All welcome!
Research Day 2011
The event began with a welcome from the President, followed by a plenary lecture on 'Constructing an academic biography' by Professor Mary Beard, of the Faculty of Classics. Two sessions of oral presentations followed, and at 5pm there was a poster/demonstration session, accompanied by a buffet.
