The Queen at Wolfson

Her Majesty the Queen formally opened Wolfson College in November 1977, twelve years after the institution was first founded. The college began as University College in 1965, and was renamed in 1973 following a major benefaction by the Wolfson Foundation.

Nick Cohen’s You Can’t Read This Book: Censorship in an age of freedom [Lee Library 302.2(14)] is on display on the shelf outside the Librarian’s office, and is available to borrow in the usual way.
