Congregations to award degrees take place at the Senate House on selected Saturdays throughout the year. Applications to graduate are processed by College, on receipt of the relevant form, and the process is described in the accompanying information sheet (available below). Further information about degree ceremonies is available from the University website.
If a student has not paid his/her fees in full by the time of graduation, he/she will not be able to graduate. If a student has any other debts unpaid (eg for accommodation), he/she will not be presented in person for graduation nor will he/she be invited to participate in any graduation celebrations such as the drinks reception and lunch laid on for graduands and their families.
Completed application forms must be received at least 15 days before the date of your preferred ceremony.
Please return your completed form by email to praelector-secretary @ wolfson.cam.ac.uk
or post it to Jane Reilly, Tutorial Office, Wolfson College, Barton Road, Cambridge CB3 9BB
